TOOLING SYSTEMS 

Based on the part drawing, we are able to design and manufacture fixture tools of machining and verification fixtures with our own means.

Our engineering department analyzes which is the best solution for positioning parts under parameters such as:

- The loading and unloading parts system.

- Type of material to be machined, type of chip and chip evacuation system.

- Types of cutting tools.

- Geometry of the part and reference points to know the ideal pressure that can be worked without deforming the part.
